So one of the main goals I have for this month is to adopt the practice of eating until I am full.

This is difficult for me, because I LOVE food. I love to cook. I feel obliged to finish my whole plate.

This is possibly the worst thing you can do for weight loss (besides fruit juice, which IS the worst thing).

Im trying to eat slower, and then stop when I feel full. Note this means no longer hungry. Not full as in my stomach feels like
its going to pop.

I can already feel my metabolism upping. Im slowly getting this very important strategic milestone right. Its just better for my health,
and makes my caloric intake manageble.
