I’ve just completed a 30 minute resistance band bicep and tricep workout. Consumed 15mg of Collagen, 100gr bacon, 1 cup cauli-broc and 3 Tbsp Salted butter.

Blood readings are as follows:
Blood sugar:

Ketone reading (urine strip):
Roughly 4.0 mMol. ( Modereate ketosis ).

This is good. This is where I wanted to be.
Bearing in mind, this is only 14 days into my “Journey” from obese with blood sugar at 23.5.
