A must read – that summarises very well and clearly the underlaying mechanism behind some of the modern effective weight control eating protocols (keto, intermittant fasting, paleo, carnivore) and why they work. And he backs everything up with references to case studies. Short, understandable sections with clear answers and why. I highly recommend this.
