Once a month:

Ground beef (not lean), frozen bone broth as sauce, 6 x large pack skinless chicken breasts.  Some beer shank bought in bulk, separated and weighed per portion on my kitchen scale.

We are getting within 40 to 70 calories of our daily goal of 1750. So that’s getting quite accurate.

Cutting phase has begun.
