Building muscle is easy. The hard part is the mind games your brain will come with not to stick to the plan.

Except one: Stop eating processed foods. Only eat whole food. If it looks like it comes out of tree or fresh animal – it’s good. Everything else, has to go.
That’s right, no pasta, no bread, no pastries most grains are border line.
Discipline and willpower are how to get a six pack. Make peice with always being hungry. Always train on an empty stomack.
