I have not been actively blogging because on new years morning, during a run with a 15kgs rucking vest, I took a bad fall. Fractured a rib, hurt my knees. Luckily no ACL damage.

So what now.
Well now I will be blogging about my return to strength. The story changes a bit from what was only, but the theme of determination and one normal man’s struggle to do something extraordinary will still continue.
Step 1. Rest
Rule 1. Stick to the nutritional plan. Being hurt doesn’t mean I can binge out on calories. As much as I want to, what I want more is to keep improving.
