Supporting local businesses, I order my fresh food weekly. A week of eating, not including the meat and oils, are 2 x cauliflower, 2 x broccoli, 1 whole green cabbage and 1kgs of white cheddar.  Per week.

For one person that is alot of food. And I’m still in a calorie deficit.
