I took the day off work, I felt I needed a holiday to myself. Kids are at school. I just wanted some quiet time.

I started the day with a 3km run.  Which is tracked on my fitness band, synched to my phone which does all the calculations for the day against what I will eat.

This is meal no 3.  And I’m still 500 calories short of 20% deficit. Second day in a row. I am cutting quite aggressively, but don’t want to tank out either.

This was dinner. Just cannot eat anymore and be physically comfortable. I’m not going to fast tomorrow morning. Yes this is a tactical approach which goes against my strategic approach favour.
