What do I eat after 1 hour heavy lifting and a PR 1 mile.
Well first I can say – I am destroyed. Don’t even have the energy to puke. And even if I tried, I’d probably hit failure.
.5 hour cluster sets bicep ez bar curls, to multiple failure 3 times x 3 revolutions
.5 hour close grip heavy barbell press, 5 time to positive failure.
20 x bicep hammer curls to failure. Rest. Repeat
Parallel bar dips to failure. 4 sets, positive and negative failure.
40 light alternative hammer curls.
Then I limped home. Parked. Put on some really angry metal and ran a PR 1 mile up rolling hills.
Then….I saw the white buffalo.
Resting now, kids are asleep. Meal prepping supper:










Pain is your friend . Pain tells you are still alive. Pain tells you that you are not done.
