The last 72 hour fast failed after 24 hours. My stress levels were too high. But it’s not about getting it right first time – it’s about trying again and again. Never ever giving up.
So here we go again. Last meal till Monday.
300gr ground beef, 200gr white cheddar, 2 X marrow, cucumber, 1 orange, a double scoop of whey isolate, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of avocado oil with habenero chilli. Two air fried chicken thighs. And one cup strong coffee. A strong multivitamin and two tablespoons of unsalted butter. About 3000 calories in one meal.
Workout 1 of 5 down. Cardio early morning Beach with kids tomorrow, then heavy chest at gym tomorrow night. Zero glycogen.
By 72 hours my body’s natural growth hormone will be at 500% and in full ketosis.
