No, not really. My transformation took flawless clean keto and 18:6 Intermittent fasting, resistance training 3 days a week, running twice a week – and I hate running. I’m talking I gave it my all. But I am 48, a single dad of twin 9 year old girls with a corporate career and some days I just fell off the wagon completely – binged on pizza, beer and chocolate for a day. A whole weeks worth of calories in one evening.
Don’t beat yourself up about it. What you are trying to do is hard enough without you being hard on yourself. You just get up the next day and carry on trying. That’s the real secret – just don’t give up. There is no magic formula, and you are not going to be perfect. You fall down – you get up, forgive yourself, and keep trying – and amazing things will happen.
