Mostly in human form. Some nights I’ll settle to sleep in any possible form.

I came across Yoga Nidra (YouTube) one night, and being extremely scientificialy minded and a skeptip really had my doubts, but I had been awake for two days and at the point was will to try anything.

I YouTubed Yoga Nidra, queued up one or two on the playlist, turned the volume low, lights off.

And I proceeded to sleep like a baby.
