So this pretty much my food supply for about 2 weeks.

Im.a creature of habit, so this seldom varies.  Occasionally I’ll buy 1 grapefruit because I love citrus

1 kg butter

1 kg white cheddar

Marrows

Tomatoes.

1 x green cabbage.

ALLOT of chicken.

6.6 kg whey protein shake monthly.(Not pictured) I’ll finish half of that every two weeks. So 1.5kgs whey concentrate a week)

1 x Darth Vader air frier
