Fully hydrated. Protein intake is about 200grams per day. Now we water fast for 5 days then go into summer meso-cycle. 16 days still my one year transformation progress before and after.

Randoms…. I have hurt my right intercostal muscles… so that has to heal for a week. Thats cool. Fasting and Rucking. We’ll drop ALL the water weight now.

Did I mention Im 49 years old? And only getting started again.
