  • Don’t watch the scale, take measurements. You body composition can change completely and the scale won’t tell you that.

  • Last heavy day at gym. For two weeks we do resistance band hypertonic training and rucking vest walks. Best lifting track ever. Pics taken now.

  • 5k hill run this morning ,11500 steps, full day active, and 20% calorie deficit. .75 kgs down from Thursday. Blood pressure 131/70. Blood tones 2.5mmol/DL. B3L13V3!

  • This is NOT accounting for lean muscle gain which is definitely happening.
