Due to poor choice of over eating last night I dropped into light keto tested this morning at 05:30. I have eaten clean today, high protein and high fat, zero carb, and as at 14:40, back into heavy keto. Bottom line, is – once you are in keto, its not the end of the world if you slip out. Just cut the carbs and you go right back in.
